History

Because in the beginning there was a patient... Georges Lopez, who had a dialysis, a kidney and liver transplant, founded CAIR LGL in 1987 with his son Georges-Antoine Lopez.

The company first specialized in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of sterile single use medical devices, focusing on the areas of infusion, nutrition, suction, and dialysis.

In 1997, CAIR LGL, recognized as one of the leaders of medical devices on the national market, expanded its business in Europe by setting up several local subsidiaries.

Cair Italy was then created, followed by Cair Netherlands, Cair Spain, Cair Belgium, and Cair UK. This European organisation contributes to the continuous development of CAIR LGL and ensures that the healthcare professional expectations are taken into account worldwide.

The R&D department of CAIR LGL is currently part of the company Ace Development Solution, which coordinates all development activities of the group.

In order to meet the expectations of European healthcare players, CAIR LGL set up a medical electronics branch with two divisions: ACEFLOW (infusion pumps) and TERMIFLOW (temperature management systems).

Over the years CAIR LGL has kept its philosophy : to improve patient treatment and quality of life.
